HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
Prima Records sells and ships to all fifty (50) United States only (sorry, we do not service U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses).
For the 48 continental United States, there is a limit of ten (10) CDs allowed per online order.
For Alaska and Hawaii, there is a limit of five (5) CDs per online order and shipping is only available via United States Postal Service (USPS).
For orders over the allowable amount, please contact us for shipping rates and ordering procedure.
Prima Records accepts either PayPal or Google Checkout for online purchases made at the Prima Records Marketplace.
Both entities offer 100% secure and guaranteed transactions.
To place an order online through our shopping cart system, you must select the item(s) you would like to purchase
and add it (them) to the shopping cart. To add an item to the shopping cart, simply press the Add To Cart button
associated with each item listed in our store. At the bottom of our store page, you will see an up-to-date listing of the items ordered in your shopping cart.
At anytime, you can edit your shopping cart by adding or deleting any quantities of the items placed there. When you are done adding the items you would like to purchase,
you will then need to select either Google Checkout or PayPal as your payment option. Once you have made your choice, follow the directions on screen
to enter your information and complete the checkout process. Please note that all of your information is 100% secure and will not be sold to third parties.

Google Checkout
With Google Checkout you can use any of the following credit or debit cards to make purchases:

When you make a purchase using Google Checkout,
you are re-routed to the Google Checkout web site during our checkout procedure via encrypted secure connection.
You will actually complete your purchase there. If you do not have a Google Account, one will automatically be created for you, for free, when you checkout.
Both Google Checkout and Prima Records will appear next to any charges or refunds on your credit card statement. Example: (*GOOGLE* PRIMA RECORDS)
PayPal
Prima Records has a verified merchant account with PayPal ensuring that all transactions are 100% secure.
With PayPal you can use any of the following credit or debit cards to make purchases:

Also, you can use your bank checking account and make payment by electronic check (e-check).
You need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one, for free, to complete your purchase.
Please remember, all of your information is 100% secure and will not be sold to third parties.
After completing the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal with the details of your transaction.

MAIL ORDERS
Prima Records offers the option of ordering by mail with money orders, cashier's checks, or personal checks. Download our convenient order form
in either Word Document (.doc) or PDF File (.pdf).
If you are unable to print out the form, please call or email us for ordering instructions. All mail orders are shipped by United States Postal Service only.
SHIPPING INFO
There are two shipping options for online orders:
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
This option must be used for any orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Standard shipping rates are as follows: a flat fee of $2.25 per order + $1.50 per each item in the order (example: 3 CDs ordered--shipping cost would be
$2.25 + (3 X $1.50= $4.50) for a total shipping shipping cost of $6.75).
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after order is shipped.
Alaska and Hawaii deliveries may take longer.
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS Ground)
Shipping rates for UPS Ground service are as follows: a flat fee of $6.00 per order + $1.50 per each item in the order (example: 2 CDs ordered--shipping cost
would be $6.00 + (2 X $1.50) for a total shipping cost of $9.00).
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 5 business days after order is shipped.
Orders over $200 require signature upon delivery.
Shipping rates subject to change.
SALES TAX
Prima Records collects sales tax on orders placed in California at a rate of 8.25%. Tax will be applied to purchase order during the checkout process.
RETURN POLICY
Prima Records fully stands by the quality of goods sold through its online store. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, we will replace any product deemed to be defective.
Defective unit must be returned to Prima Records (postage paid) before replacement is made. Prima Records will not replace any unit damaged by abuse, misuse, or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
Prima Records adheres to a strict privacy policy that means your information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed. Shopping with confidence is of our utmost concern.
Any information provided by you during the checkout process is guaranteed secure by our payment processors, Mercantec, Google Checkout and PayPal.
